SUMMARY:Midwest Clogging Workshop
DESCRIPTION:We have declined the Short North Art al Fresco event since
  we couldn't get enough dancers to commit. Instead we'll offer attendi
 ng the Midwest Clogging Workshop near Cincinnati. It's an easy drive w
 ith three halls of instruction that run 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m
 .-3 p.m. Saturday. The workshop actually begins 8 p.m. Thursday with a
  fun dance. It's $50/dancer to attend both days; $30/dancer to attend 
 one day, and spectators are $20 each. If you preregister by Aug. 1, th
 e syllabus is free. There also is no fee to bring a video camera. A re
