We dance outside on a concrete slab at the festival's Hickory Grove Bands tand stage, so we'll be bringing our flooring so nobody injures themse lves. Our performance time is 6:55-7:30 p.m. You will likely have to p ark a bit away and walk to the stage, so factor in that time to get th ere. I'll have parking passes for everyone. We'll be wearing our Hypno tic blue and black outfits. \r\nI'll need people to help put the floo r together prior to bringing it out, have people bring it out and then snap it together. We won't be breaking the floor down until the end o f all the performances since all the teams want to use it.\r\nThis yea r I'll be emceeing the event starting at 5:45 p.m. The Fun Bunch Clogg ers are going first and don't want to use the floor, so we'll be setti ng it right after their performance. I scheduled 10 minutes for that. All the other groups are using the floor. I'm also emceeing Saturday's performances (Yellow Rose is only performing Friday) and I'll use the floor there too.
