Event Description

UPDATE: THIS EVENT IS CANCELED DUE TO THE RAIN!!!

We're going to join Inspire Dance and Tumble, our dancer Tiffany's studio, for a National Dance Day celebration in the Johnstown square. We'll bring our flooring and equipment, and we are attempting to lay a subfloor over the grass so we can place our floor down. We'll see how well that works. Bring shoes that aren't your clogging shoes to dance in just in case we don't have a floor and need to dance on staggered concrete space. The first hour everyone will learn a national routine put together by the So You Think You Can Dance choreographers, then we'll perform for 45 minutes to an hour after that. Since it's outdoors, black shorts and Yellow Rose T-shirts are great!

DIRECTIONS ALERT!: Highway 62 west between New Albany and Johnstown is going to be closed during this time as a bridge is being repaired. You'll have to take an alternate route if you usually get to Johnstown this way. Take 310 West to 37 West into Johnstown.

Parking is free and readily available.
