Event Description

UPDATED!!!: Destination Hilliard, akin to a convention and visitors bureau for the city of Hilliard, is hosting a new event this summer at the Franklin County Fairgrounds to showcase the city. We've been asked by the chair of the volunteer coordinators, who saw us at the Millersport Sweet Corn Festival, to be a part of their entertainment package.

There will be five stages of entertainment, and the event goes for three days: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We'll be on the main stage, which is just down the driveway from the main entrance on Northwest Parkway between Leap and Avery Roads.

This sounds like a great time and an excellent place to promote our classes since we teach in Hilliard. All we have to do is show up and dance on their stage with their equipment, though we'll bring the iPad. Be there by 10:30 a.m. We'll wear black shorts/pants/capris and our team T-shirts. We kick off the festivities on the main stage on Sunday, so let's rock it!

Comment by Denise Bloomfield on January 17, 2013 at 4:38pm: If I am reading this correctly, it is being held at the Franklin County Fairgrounds, which is in Hilliard, not the same thing as the Ohio State Fairgrounds. Might want to clarify that.
